All services are digital and customized.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Respond in a timely manner
- Review deliverables within agreed timelines
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
- Rayness Commerce retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
Limitation of liability
Rayness Commerce shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Lost profits
- Advertising performance
- Platform policy changes (Shopify, payment providers, etc.)
