Rayness Commerce (operated by RAYNESS DIGITAL SERVICES) provides digital products and professional services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are subject to the following refund terms:

❌ No refunds on completed services

Once any of the following services have been started or delivered, refunds are not available:

  • Prebuilt Shopify stores
  • Custom Shopify store design
  • Shopify store redesign or revamp
  • Marketing, optimization, or consultation services
  • Any other digital or service-based offering

✅ Refund eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Work has not yet started, and
  • A written refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

  • Sales
  • Traffic
  • Revenue
  • Conversion rates
  • Advertising results

Results depend on multiple factors including products, pricing, marketing efforts, and market conditions.
